You will enjoy meals prepared by our Costa Rican chef using local fresh ingredients. Our resident bartender serves the meals and handles your drink requests from the bar during the day and early evening. This service ends after dinner.
Food & Beverages
Breakfast – Served between 8:00-8:30 am. Each morning you will receive fresh fruit, toast, juices, pancakes or French Toast, along with different egg dishes.
Lunch – Served between 12:00-1:00 pm and consists of a variety of salads such as taco salad, tuna salad, and tarragon chicken salad. Other lunches consist of tacos, quesadillas, grilled chicken, nachos, pasta, and grilled fish or chicken strips.
Dinner – Dinner served between 5:30-5:45 pm. Each entrée is served with soup or salad, fresh vegetables, bread, and dessert. Entrees are made using the freshest local ingredients, including fresh seafood, chicken, beef, and pork. Some of our seafood means include pan-fried red snapper, grilled mahi mahi, and shrimp. You may also receive beef tenderloin, Hawaiian pork chop, chicken parmesan, and lasagna.
Beverages – Our bartender will mix and serve you refreshing beverages while you relax in the pool or in your lounger. The bar includes Imperial and Imperial light, red and white house wines, vodka, tequila, rum, gin, and bourbon. Your friendly bartender specializes in margaritas, pina coladas, daiquiris, mojitos, and frozen drinks. Soft drinks, fruit drinks, milk, and Costa Rican coffee are also available.
